Beef Stir Fry, using veggie platter leftovers

BBQ chicken atop baked sweet potatoes
Thursday-
Chili
Friday-
Salmon + cauliflower*
*Salmon and cauliflower has been on the menu all month because I hadn't gotten around to making it.
We usually end up getting sushi, 5 Guys, or some other expensive, delicious, easy meal.
