Travel menu

Our latest adventure took us to Hollywood, Florida. While our hotel room was equipped with a mini fridge, it did not have a microwave. (Or a coffee maker!)

I arrived armed with my travel kit and dash mini griddle, and I survived on:

Yogurt with fruit and nuts

Scrambled egg with spinach

A burrito bowl that contained pinto beans + rice + canned chicken warmed on the griddle (+ guac from one of the restaurants onsite + spinach)

Tuna salad

...and way too many beachfront cocktails. Cheers!
