Travel meal: quesadillas

Fun fact: Did you know that the Mission Street Taco tortillas fit perfectly on the Dash mini griddle?

Makes for a pretty decent travel meal.

Refried beans + taco seasoning + greens. Sandwiched between 2 tortillas and topped with avocado.

Not bad for cooking without a kitchen.
