Gluten Free Adventures: Starbucks

Here goes...

I felt sick every day of my life until I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007. It saved me.

Adjusting to the gluten free diet was a process and a lifestyle change. I have slowly learned that dairy doesn't agree with me either, so I try to avoid that as well.

On most days I now feel like a normal person. (Yay!)

Most of my recipes are on the smallish side, since I only have to cook for myself.

Nothing fancy here; I am not one of those people who makes a living off of my blog. I am a normal person with a normal kitchen & a camera on my phone.

My goal is to capture and share my various gluten free adventures, in my kitchen and everywhere else.
