It seems that there is so much I can't eat that I want to hold onto the few things I can. :) <br /><br />I've been struggling with the sugar-free frosting, too. I have a good whipped cream cheese frosting that uses a little agave posted on my site but it has dairy. Does your sister eat eggs? If she can have egg whites & honey there is a meringue frosting I can give you the link to. <br /><br />About the sweetness...your palate will adjust over time. I am much happier with foods that are less sweet than I used to be and enjoy the natural flavors of the foods.
